RS2 Software p.l.c. (often referred to as RS2 International) is a global fintech and payment processing solutions provider. It delivers omnichannel payment software for banks, financial institutions, payment service providers (PSPs), software vendors, and merchants. It's flagship product is BankWORKS, a modular payment platform.
I joined RS2 as a Developer, Project and Product Manager in 1996 and worked on:

ECON Software Services was a company that provided business optimization and restructuring consulting. In order to facilitate the consulting process, the company developed a software platform called RESIS (Restructuring and Optimization Information System) to support their consulting services.
RESIS had various built-in functions such as flow charts, measurement, process-oriented corporate management and benchmarking, integrated activity-based costing, allocation of overhead costs according to source.
In addition the platform also supported simulating various scenarios by changing parameters (i.e. tax changes, product price variations, process changes, resource changes) allowing consultants and customers to simulate changing and transitioning environments - in particular moving from department based to process based accounting and optimizing processes to support just in time stocking, processing and delivery.
I joined the company as Chief Development Manager in 2000 and was responsible for the overall architecture, technology stack, and development process of the platform. I led the redesign and development of the RESIS product from a standardized MS Access solution to a client/server architecture with Visual Basic (and later Visual Basic .NET) as user interface frontend and Oracle as database server backend.
S.E. Link was a startup that provided a Merchant Payment Gateway system and acted as Payment Service Provider (PSP) for online merchants and e-commerce platforms.
I joined S.E. Link as a Senior Software Developer in 2003 and was responsible for the development of a GPS POS payment system.
Uniblue is a software company that develops utility and optimization software for Windows operating systems. It was primarily known for its products WinTasks, WinBackup and Process Database and API.
I joined Uniblue as a Senior Software Developer in 2004 and was working on the WinBackup product.
- Development of product modules (WinBackup - Tape Backup System)
- Introduction of development and coding standards, guidelines and a more stable development environment as well as a document management system that enables collaboration between all departments involved (SDLC).
- Writing technical white papers, articles and documentation
NetRefer was a startup that developed an SaaS affiliate marketing platform for iGaming operators to run their affiliate programs efficiently.
I joined NetRefer as a Product Operations Manager in 2007 to lend my expertise in product development, operations and management to help scale operations. Here are a few key achievements:
- Development of the departments: Customer support and sales
- Scaling of operations to over 30 employees
- Introduction of standards for workflows and task tracking
- Development and introduction of a help desk system
I founded Wildgras Co Ltd to cooperate in building a range of software products and businesses. Additionally, the company offered outsourcing and consulting in software management, organization and development with a focus on driving innovation, supporting startups and developing own products.

Papayapaths operated as an educational and lifestyle platform aimed at helping consumers and businesses adopt lower-waste practices. Its identity was built around the classic environmental framework: Reduce, Reuse, Recycle.
I was recruited to help build a reverse online platform for the company to stage and manage the reverse auctions.
Simplicity5 was a startup that developed a ticket management platform specifically for the iGaming industry to streamline support and issue resolution and provide easy integration with iGaming platforms to provide a seamless experience.
The primary goal and objective was to provide a highly optimized and integrated helpdesk platform that could reduce ticket resolution times and improve customer satisfaction for iGaming operators from minutes to seconds.
I co-founded Simplicity5 as CTO and provided the custom framework with which I developed and managed the entire platform.
TastePlease was a startup that developed a responsive social dining platform to bring people together around food, a kind of AirBnB for foodies.
The platform was developed with a small team of developers and designers, and I was responsible for the overall architecture, technology stack, and development process.
Heavy emphasis was placed on user experience and design, with a clean and intuitive interface that made it easy for users to discover and book dining experiences and support for mobile devices.
EPTI was a holding company and software venture builder with 27 portfolio companies and more than 250 employees in 8 different countries, mainly working remotely.
I joined EPTI in late 2019 as new hands-on CTO to primarily help scale the business and lend my expertise in technology, product development, operations and MVP building and startups.

Apotekamo was the first online pharmacy in Serbia and Croatia, offering a wide range of pharmaceutical products and services to customers in the region.
Apotekamo was one of the in-house ventures of EPTI, where I helped create the initial MVP concept, architecture, and technology stack for the platform.
FTDx is a startup that provides a platform for unlocking new revenue streams for iGaming Operators by using their blocked traffic to generate additional revenue.
I joined FTDx as a hands-on CPTO in 2023 and I am responsible for the overall architecture, technology stack, and development process.
